Polenta taragna is a typical dish from Valtellina, born as sustenance for the shepherds and farmers of the Alps. Buckwheat, traditionally cultivated in alpine valleys for its resistance to cold and poor soils, gives this polenta its darker colour and a more rustic, intense flavour. 

Made with a blend of organic corn and buckwheat flour, alpine butter and Valtellina Casera PDO cheese. Fresh sage leaves and browned garlic complete the flavour. A dish rich in complex carbohydrates, able to provide a lasting source of energy.

Preparation

Add boiling water directly into the pouch. The label shows the quantity and the corresponding level to follow inside the pouch. Once the water has been poured, stir carefully paying attention to the corners so that all the product absorbs the water. Close the zip and wait 10 minutes.Your meal is ready.
