Lentils are the oldest legume cultivated by humankind, confirmed by archaeological finds dating back over 8,000 years. In Italy, pasta with lentils is a winter staple, deeply rooted in the cuisine of the South.

In this recipe, lentils are cooked directly with the pasta in a sauté of garlic, capers, carrots, and onion, giving the dish depth of flavour and real character. Completely free of animal fat, yet rich in dietary fibre, plant-based protein, and complex carbohydrates. A genuinely balanced meal.

Preparation

Add boiling water directly into the pouch. The label shows the quantity and the corresponding level to follow inside the pouch. Once the water has been poured, stir carefully paying attention to the corners so that all the product absorbs the water. Close the zip and wait 10 minutes.Your meal is ready.
